alhamdullillah... i am going to reach my goal... soon... :) thanks to family and friends that being so supportive.
my intention is to help as much as i can... i am not a doctor... but i think this is the way to help others.
it's always happen... people around us, the one that we love, we care, fall sick... minor or major... mild fever or cancer... only with cough, your heart feel it. you feel how they suffer. you know how sick are they even though you never been through the same disease...
it's not easy to be healthy in this unhealthy world. Pollution is everywhere... not in our environment, but it also happen in our body. without we notice, our body is ageing because of this. we think, we are healthy enough but we are far beyond the par to be considered as healthy.
if u still eating, drinking and breathing, you are killing your body system slowly. And of course, we don;t have any choice... will you stop eating? will you stop drinking? will you stop breathing? No... the other option taking care of your body that you ruin with taking supplement.
p/s: do you know? every human body have cancer cell.. every single human have potential to have cancer.
first, you need to detox all the toxin and poison, yes u can call all the pollution as poison... this is important, if you know how our body work, you might be thinking of becoming organic only vegetarian, using mask and drink only fresh mineral water that come from the mountain... all the toxin is ruining your 8 body system...
remember this : leading causes of premature death today are heart disease, stroke, cancer and diabetes
